PURPOSE

The purpose of The Directory is to help Black Business Owners to identify, connect, and establish business
relationships with one another, and to learn of who’s who in various communities throughout the country.

The Black Community is underserved throughout the United States. The National ‘BUY BLACK’ Business
Guide & Directory was created to give these Groups the opportunity to connect with others that they’d like to
support in their communities and throughout the country.

MEMBERSHIPS

As many as you’d like. Each business has to have its’ own individual Membership, and Membership ID.

The Free Enrollment is a 60 Day Membership in which you can upload all information desired, just as the $85
Premium Membership. A company can include all the information that the Premium Membership includes.

Ten months (10). The Free Membership covers 60 days (2) months as a trial period. After the 60 day trial
period, a Subscriber can either: (a) upgrade to the $99 Membership Subscription or (b) decide not to remain in
the Directory.

If they decide to come back to The Directory, they’ll pay the $99 Standard Membership Fee.

With the Premium ($85) Membership, the Subscriber has a full one year Subscription. The Standard ($99)
Membership covers 10 months. Also, the Premium Subscribers save $19 on their Membership.

A Subscriber has acquired a Membership Subscription. Once a Subscription has been acquired, that person has
also become a Member.

REFERRALS

When a Member refers a business prospect who joins The Directory, the Referring Member will be paid a $40
Referral Fee.

A Member can refer as many business referrals as they choose.

We are asking Subscribers to please be sure to give the Referral ID of the person/company that referred them.
No New Subscribers can join without a Referral ID.

The Referral Fees are paid out once a week on Fridays – the cutoff is Wednesdays. If a Referral comes in
Thursday – Wednesdays, the Referral Fee is paid the following Friday.

Referrals are given either via Cash App or Zelle. The choice is up to The Member.

CONFLICTS

1. The individual is encouraged to have a ‘calm discussion’ with the other individual/company in regards
to the problem.
2. Subscribers of The Directory are encouraged to do the right thing: if there was an error, apologize and
offer amends.
3. If the problem doesn’t seem to be resolved, please contact The Directory and request a Membership
Conflict Form (MC Form).
4. Fill out the MC Form HONESTLY!
5. Email the Form to The Directory: promoter@thebusinesspromoterllc.com
6. TBP will contact the individual/company that the complaint.
7. A Zoom call between both parties will be scheduled. The purpose for this is to not only bring harmony,
but to see if there’s a problem that could possibly have a Subscriber being asked to leave The Directory.

Gentlemen’s Clubs (strip clubs) are not allowed to obtain a Membership Subscription in The Directory. Also,
only legal Cannabis shops are allowed to obtain a Membership. Along the way, if necessary, other types of
businesses may not be allowed to join The Directory. That will be noted as we move along!
