About The CEO/Founder
Ronni-Michelle (Ronni) Martin is a second generation Network Marketing professional who fell in love with the Networking Industry at the ‘ripe ole age’ of 12. Although not currently active in Networking, she’s been a trainer and coach in the entity as well.
For many years, Ronni’s passion has been connecting people to resources, and to one another. The joke used to be: ‘before you start searching for someone, call Ronni and see who she knows’.
One of Ronni’s nagging concerns throughout the years has been seeing the struggles of Black Entrepreneurs, which is another reason why she would connect Black Business Owners with one another. She felt that these connections were important for the sake of financial support, building and establishing business relationships, and encouragement for each other.
Ronni decided to take that Entrepreneurial support and passion and create a website for Black
Business Owners. This website covers: Africans, African-Americans, Black Europeans, and Caribbean Entrepreneurs throughout the United States.
When asked why Black Europeans, her response: “I was born in England, and there are a number of Black Europeans, throughout this country, who are business owners. They’re included”.
Ronni’s Jamairican (Jamaican-American), and there’s a large population of Caribbean Entrepreneurs throughout the United States as well, so…they’re included.
And all of us are descendants of Africa, so Africans are definitely included!!
From Ronni: “My Vision is to help Black Business Owners to grow and thrive, throughout this country. We don’t need to just look to others to build us up as a people. We have the ability to strengthen and turn our communities into ‘neighborhoods’ (not the hood) THROUGH BUSINESS! When we strengthen our communities, then we strengthen our cities, our counties, and the states we live in. We have numbers, and when we ‘FOCUS’ and bring our numbers together for the sake of nurturing, support, business development and growth, BLACK BUSINESSES will make the difference for our people, especially our children”.
